NVS Ridgeway Inc. is an Independent Marketing Organization and Agent Development company specializing in both sales and agent recruitment for various Life Insurance and Medicare Supplement products. Victor Ridgeway first got his start in the Life Insurance business in the middle Georgia area in 1979 and has since expanded to offering products and contracts to agents and agencies throughout the majority of the United States.

Victor Ridgeway has been in the Life Insurance business since 1979. He grew up all around the southeast states of the US and settled in Macon, GA in 1979. He is a hard-working family man, father of 4 and grandfather of 4.

Kelly Ridgeway, daughter of Victor, got her start selling life insurance as an Independent Agent but now works in the office as an Agent Recruiter and Office Manager. On her off time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and traveling.

Susan Ridgeway

Susan Ridgeway is the wife of Victor Ridgeway for over 50 years. She has helped Victor with various positions within the office throughout the years. These days she is mostly enjoying her days learning to retire and love on her grandbabies.
