NVS Ridgeway Inc. is an Independent Marketing Organization and Agent Development company specializing in both sales and agent recruitment for various Life Insurance and Medicare Supplement products. Victor Ridgeway first got his start in the Life Insurance business in the middle Georgia area in 1979 and has since expanded to offering products and contracts to agents and agencies throughout the majority of the United States.

Victor Ridgeway is the Founder of the company. He got his start in the Life Insurance and Medicare Supplement business in 1979. He grew up all around the southeast states of the US and settled in Macon, GA in 1979. He retired from the business in 2025. He is a hard-working family man, father of 4 and grandfather of 4.
Kelly Ridgeway, daughter of Victor and Susan, got her start selling life insurance as an Independent Agent and then moved into the office as an Agent Recruiter and Office Manager. In 2025, when Victor and Susan retired, she purchased the family business and plans to continue growing the company. On her off time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, traveling and growing her relationship with Christ.

Co-Founder
Susan Ridgeway, wife of Victor Ridgeway since 1971, helped Victor with various positions within the office throughout the years. She retired in 2025 and now is mostly enjoying her days learning new hobbies and loving on her grandbabies.
